Most standard SME websites are delivered in 3–5 weeks from the time we have all content and approvals. More complex builds — e-commerce, multilingual, custom systems — typically take 6–10 weeks. We’ll give you a realistic timeline before we start.
Our care plans include monthly WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates; security monitoring and malware scanning; daily off-site backups; uptime monitoring; and a set number of content update hours per month. Plans are tailored to your site’s complexity.
Yes, the majority of our work is done remotely, so location isn’t a barrier. We have clients across the Klang Valley, Penang, Johor, and beyond. For local clients we’re happy to meet in person where useful.
WordPress is our primary platform for most SME websites because it offers the best balance of flexibility, maintainability, and cost. That said, we can advise on and work with other platforms if your situation calls for it — including Shopify for e-commerce and custom static sites.
Absolutely. Many clients start with a one-off digital audit or consulting session before committing to a larger engagement. There’s no pressure to take on additional services — we’d rather give you honest advice than oversell.
